Gorton's *Review and Giveaway*

    I love Gorton's products!  Ever since I could remember my mom has been making their fish.  So when I got the opportunity to review some of their products, I was so happy!  So now that you know I've eating Gorton's for year, you obviously know I love them!  I got the chance to try the Gorton's Lemon Peppercorn Tilapia, and the Gorton's Grilled Shrimp.  And let me tell you, they were so delicious!  I even got to try out some new delicious recipes!  I love how fast you get dinner, or lunch ready with Gorton's.  And as a mom, you know we're all pressed for time, and the faster the better!  I also love all the health benefits that come with eating fish, so you can tell Gorton's is the number one product I turn to!
    Gorton's Lemon Peppercorn Tilapia is high-quality tilapia that's deliciously seasoned with real lemon and cracked pepper, then flame-grilled for an authentic just-off-the grill flavor.  Each package contains two fillets, and retails for $3.39-$3.99.  Gorton's Grilled Shrimp is marinated with real herbs and spices and open-fame grilling provide an authentic grilled flavor.  The shrimp comes in an easy-open, re-sealable, stand-up package so you can cook as much or as little as you want.  Retails for $7.99-$8.29.
    Overall the whole family loved these Gorton's products!  They tasted great, and were fast meals to put together!  These would be great for fiesta type birthday party (think fish tacos), or a fish type birthday party theme.  I even know what recipe I'm going to try next (see below)!  I would recommend any of Gorton's products to anyone!

Crunchy Fish Tacos:
*1 package of Gorton's fish sticks or Gorton's popcorn shrimp or Gorton's tenders
*1 package Ortega yellow corn taco shells, warmed

Garnish Suggestion:
*1 cup lettuce, shredded
*2 tomatoes, chopped
*1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
*Ortega thick & smooth taco sauce
*Ortega diced green chilies

Optional Sour Cream Mix:
*1 package Ortega taco seasoning mix
*1/2 cup sour cream
*1/2 cup mayonnaise
*1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation and cook time: 20 minutes

Preparation:
1. Prepare Gorton's seafood according to package directions.
2. While Gorton's seafood is cooking, prepare suggested toppings.  Place toppings in individual bowls.
3. Prepare optional sour cream mixture by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro and 2 tablespoons of Ortega taco seasoning mix in small bowl.  Mix well and place in individual bowl.
4. Warm Ortega taco shells or tortillas according to package directions.
5. Fill Ortega taco shells with Gorton's fish sticks, tenders, or popcorn shrimp, suggested toppings, and optional sour cream mixture.

Yield: 4-6 servings (8-12 tacos)
