My daughter loves these! Their great for giveing her the fiber she needs, and keeping her regular! She loves cheese, milk, and bread. Because of that she often a little backed up. But the Fiber Gummies, have been helping her go regurally! And she loves them, she thinks she's getting a treat every time we give her one!

Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies are a great-tasting way to supplement your childs daily fiber intake when fruits, and vegetables aren't enough. A diet rich in fiber can help prevent constipation. Three gummies equal 3 small brussel sprouts or 1/2 cup broccoli or 3/4 cup carrots! Pedia-Lax is for ages 2 to 11 years.

It was very easy to give the Fiber Gummies to Audrey! Even though she wanted them all the time, I only gave her one after each meal. The great thing is that the bottle is child proof, so when I was distracted, and she got ahold of the bottle, she couldn't actually open it! Overall we both loved Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies!
