Ok so no weight loss yet today, although it would have been nice, I didn't expect any because well it's only the second day. Yesterday after I was done with my workout I wore the ShaToBu I have to say I love how slimming it made me look and feel. Although it was a little uncomfortable when I ate and I had to use the bathroom more often (because it puts pressure on your stomach). But I still loved it and am wearing it again today. I did another DVD today and although I didn't sweat as much as I did yesterday I could definitely feel the burn in my muscles!
